The production of electro-welded straight-seam pipes of large diameter and their accessories is the main activity of the UKRAINIAN PIPE PLANT.
Such pipes are manufactured according to the requirements of GOST 10704-91, GOST 10705-80, GOST 10706-76, GOST 20295-85, GOST 8639-82, GOST 13663-86, European standards EN 10217-5, EN 10219-1,2, EN 10210 with a diameter of 325 mm to 2,020 mm, with a wall thickness of 6 mm to 20 mm, with a wide range of used steel grades st3, st20, st09G2S, 17G1SU and other steels with a strength class up to and including K60. Sustained pipe pressure is according to GOST 3845-75.
This type of product is in demand for laying various communications, construction of oil pipelines, gas pipelines, heat pipelines, water pipes, chimneys, for the transportation of steam, sewage, etc. The scope of application of pipes is from agriculture and construction to the chemical and mining industries.
UKRAINIAN PIPE PLANT also has a production line that provides the technical capability to produce steel pipes up to 12,000 mm long without a transverse seam.
